In a meeting held last night discussion came about concerning donations to the Grass Roots Oyate. Concerns were brought up about the Grass Roots Oyate advertising the address for donations to be sent to on the Internet and in addressing these concerns it was decided:

1. To remove all reference to the address from the Grass Roots Oyate Web Site located at https://members.tripod.com/GrassRootsOyate at the earliest convenience
2. Respectfully request that any other web sites carrying the addresses also remove them, and accept our sincere thanks for the help and support you are showing us.
3. We will no longer be accepting donations.

There has also been a decision made to post the information concerning who the people are that form the head of the Grass Roots Oyate. No other persons will be identifying themselves as spokespersons for the Grass Roots Oyate. No donations will be solicited by any person for the Grass Roots Oyate.
